Understanding: Teams

Each user will be assigned to a team based on the county or counties that they serve, and what piece of the workflow the user is responsible for. Users will only be able to see searches for the teams/workflows that they have been assigned to.

Examples:

  • Tax Searches will be assigned to the Tax Search team, for all counties

  • Title Searches in Albany will be assigned to the Albany team

  • Bankruptcy Searches will be assigned to the Office Search team, for all counties
