How to: Place Order on Hold
1. Select orders dashboard from the navigation menu
2. Find the order that you would like to place on hold, in the first column labelled ‘Action’ click on the drop down box and select Place On Hold
3. In the pop-up box, enter a reason (if applicable), then click Yes. The order will now disappear from the Open Orders filter and appear in the Orders on Hold filter.
